Une exposition préalable permet aux acquéreurs de se rendre compte de l’état des biens mis en vente.
Les dimensions sont données à titre indicatif.
L’adjudicataire aura l’obligation de remettre ses noms et adresse et de payer sans délai.
Il devra acquitter en sus du montant des enchères et par lot: 22 % TTC
Dès l’adjudication prononcée, les objets sont sous l’entière responsabilité de l’adjudicataire. Le magasinage
n’engage pas la responsabilité du Commissaire-priseur à quelque titre que ce soit. Les éventuels frais de magasinage sont à la charge des acheteurs.
En cas de paiement par chèque, la délivrance des objets pourra être différée jusqu’à l’encaissement.
